We have weigh filler machines from 2.5gms to 1kg and higher weight versions can do 5kg and 10kg also. On a single machine weights upto 200gm can be set and on the next higher model 500gm to 10kg can be done.

The advantage of our machines is that the packing is done by weight and not by volume. These are ideally suited for products where the shape and size of material is not uniform and the density of the material varies with time. We have these machines in semi automatic as well as fully automatic versions.
Our machines offer the following advantages over the conventional machines available:
- Weight filling System, higher accuracy as compared to volumetric cup filling system.
- Same vibration setting on Mains Power and Generator Power. Ensures very constant flow in all sort of voltage and frequency fluctuations, which ensures more consistency in packed weight
- Unique Rotary Head for faster speed of operation
- Our Machines can offer speeds upto 40-60 Bags/ minute depending on material's bulk density and target weight to be packed.
- All parts (vibrators, trays, rotary heads, pan, controllers, motor assembly) are indigenously manufactured, spares are available ex-stock with us
- Any fault whether it is Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical in nature can be rectified by us.

We can offer our machines with Collar type baggers or without baggers for packing in pre formed pouches.
